Lata’s Consultancy was founded in response to the growing needs for the Global Foods Sector Industries to respond rapidly to the increasing international markets competition and demands for existing and new products, at locally affordable prices by adapting a Transformational Supply Chain with an end to end approach.
Recent failure by some to adapt and evolve to meet this challenge is leading to extinction of World Class Products and Companies.
My Supply Chain and Technology knowledge, skills & experience, coupled with my Personal Network have been built across working on the ‘shop floor’ to Global Director level for some 30 years in the International Foods FMCG Sector.
In particular for Unilever (25 years: Europe/ Global) and more recently with HJ Heinz (Europe).
